I prefer the tv series witcher (Henry Cavill) and have played the game using a Cavill mod, so I've used that to make his head. For the in-game Geralt fans I've included the original Geralt head as well.
His outfits are a mishmash of original models and models I had fun with. His sword is included with the casual outfit.
